Kaylynn & I travelled to Ft.Wayne to spend time with my grandparents. My grandpa is a WWII veteran and participated in the Memorial Day Parade. As you can plainly see, Kaylynn wasn't exactly thrilled about having her picture taken--but this mama wanted a family photo shoot with a WWII veteran. Maybe someday Kaylynn will appreciate that her mama tried to take pictures of her.

Eatin Great-Grandma's Chicken & Dumplins

Kaylynn sure enjoyed eating great-grandma's chicken and dumplins!

Kaylynn didn't have much of an appetite during our visit, but she happily surprised her mommy, mamaw, and great-grandma when she scarfed down some chicken and dumplins!

There is nothing better than great-grandma's chicken and dumplins!
