2nd Favorite Toy

What keeps this little girls interest more than anything? Well, for starters....Kaylynn LOVES her toy key ring.....and her second favorite toy are these colorful textured rings. Kaylynn has so many fun and interesting toys....but she loves the little things that she can pick. She would be happy playing with her keys and rings all day long!

More Words??

Every so often, out of the blue, Kaylynn will repeat a word that she overheard in a conversation. Yesterday, my mother and I heard her say baby for the first time. My mother also heard Kaylynn say pampaw after my mom told Kaylynn that pampaw was coming home. Kaylynn has repeated those words a few other times. So far, Kaylynn can say baby, baba, bye, hi, mama, and pampaw. She refuses to babble any utterances upon our demand, but occasionally she will bless us with her beautiful words!

Early Morning Pictures

Kaylynn and I got up real early this morning. I won't even mention how early we got up, but I decided to snap a few pictures of her playing on her new toy. She played for a whole thirty seconds before she decided to venture off into forbidden land. As I am typing this post, my daughter is WALKING around the perimeter of her crib. She is extremely giddy to be able to walk while holding onto objects. She prefers activity over material possessions. Such is life......it will save me money in the long run!

More Pictures Of The Princess

Kaylynn got an array of toys this past week (mainly from my friend, Brett). You would think that she would be drawn to these colorful fun toys, right? WRONG! This girl would rather crawl, pull herself up, and get into something that she is not suppose to! These toys grab her attention for 30 seconds or so and then she wants something else. HOWEVER, she has a hayday with her toy keys or some forbidden object. I think the mama is a little more excited about the toys than the baby! Thank You Brett for the wonderful gifts!
