Kaylynn & I travelled to Ft.Wayne to spend time with my grandparents. My grandpa is a WWII veteran and participated in the Memorial Day Parade. As you can plainly see, Kaylynn wasn't exactly thrilled about having her picture taken--but this mama wanted a family photo shoot with a WWII veteran. Maybe someday Kaylynn will appreciate that her mama tried to take pictures of her.

Kaylynn didn't have much of an appetite during our visit, but she happily surprised her mommy, mamaw, and great-grandma when she scarfed down some chicken and dumplins!

Kaylynn & Lincoln

So the cutest thing happened yesterday--Kaylynn's little buddy, Lincoln, came over to visit. My mom told me that Kaylynn was feeding and taking care of Lincoln like a baby! I guess Kaylynn had a lot of fun with her little friend. Unfortunately, I do not have any pictures or video because I wasn't home---but I guess they both had fun chasing each other around the house, eating snacks together, and sharing (or not sharing) toys!

Potty Training Here We Come!

First Trip To The Zoo!

Kaylynn took her first trip to the Indianapolis zoo with her mommy, daddy, and grandma.

Even though she was feeling slightly under the weather, she had fun looking at all the animals.

But I think she enjoyed the little chickens most of all!

Even though Kaylynn opted out of the pony ride--she still wanted to pet the pony!

Last weekend, Lincoln came to visit Kaylynn!

They both enjoyed root beer and a wagon ride.

They had fun playing ball.

Kaylynn had fun sharing her toys with little Lincoln!

All Banged Up

Kaylynn had her first major "owie" accident a few weekends ago.

She was overly exhausted and fell flat on the concrete cement.

Poor girl--I am glad to see her nose is finally healing!
