Kaylynn will be four months tomorrow! Yeah! My mom and I have been teaching her how to roll over. Since she absolutely hates tummy time, I am concern this will effect when she will learn how to roll over, so I made a game out of rolling over! Kaylynn loves to roll over! She giggles and laughs, and she thinks she has made a huge accomplishment!! She is a very active baby that hates to sleep (because she feels like she is going to miss out on something)....so she enjoys when my mom and I do this activity with her! Please feel free to share when your child learn to roll over!

My son absolutely hated tummy time too! But he had no problems learning to roll over. One day he just got so mad at being on his tummy that he just screamed and rolled over! Once he did that, tummy time was over. He would just immediately roll over. It didn't seem to have an impact on his learning to crawl either.
WOW, time has certainly changed. We never did roll-over exercise with any of our children. We played together alot. They all just rolled over one day--as lost in the woods commented--when they were eager to change their views. ENJOY! She is dynamite.
